The Ballroom of Reno Welcomes Embrace Dance Company helping make the Ballroom the place to be for Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Cumbia, Rumba, Cha-Cha, Samba, and more in Reno! 









Embrace Dance Company was created and started by Mariah and Andrea featuring training in men's footwork, coed footwork, teams, kids dance training, choreography for performances and weddings, private lessons, Latin socials, and even though they have Allstar teams beginners are encouraged because they have beginner teams as well. 




Mariah and Andrea came to the Ballroom after struggling to find a place that they felt had the same mindset and vibe as they did.  I am so glad they did.  I recently watched a performance from one of the teams that were made up of beginners and Allstar dancers and all I can say is WOW and I do believe it was a six-minute routine as well.  Insane!

Are Private Lessons for Adults in Dance Classes in Reno Worth The Cost?

  Are Private Lessons Worth the Cost for Ballroom, Latin or Swing Dancing? Can I be super honest with you? Yes. Now you may be thinking he is only saying that because he makes his living teaching ballroom and west coast swing dance in Reno .  But I will tell you the truth about learning to dance at my level.  I have spent more money than most college tuitions charge on my dancing and 95 percent of it was on private lessons.  It did not matter what the cost was because I would only study with champions.  It did not matter if it was my Ballroom, Latin (yes, I used to compete as a Latin Ballroom dancer), or West Coast Swing coach, they had to be a champion.   Why am I bringing up that I only took lessons with champions?  Well, it's because I wanted to be a champion and that was the only way I knew to get there.   Do you need to take lessons with champions only?   What is the Best West Coast Swing Dance Class and Dancing in Reno or Sparks? What would you think I am going to say is the best West Coast Swing class and lessons in Reno (and Sparks) are ? The answer will actually surprise you.  I truly believe we have several excellent teachers in Reno, Sparks, and Carson.  I just have been blessed to be able to teach at what I believe and feel is the best ballroom dance studio in Reno.  and have been received warmly by our local west coast swing community.
